Refund Policy - the basics

DAVIS1834 HOLDINGS INC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality services. This Refund & Chargeback Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued and how we handle chargebacks.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service or product was not delivered as agreed.

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • A refund request is submitted within 10 days of purchase or payment (unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement).

2. Non-Refundable Items/Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed consulting or management services.

  • Subscription or retainer fees after service commencement.

  • Any fees related to third-party vendors engaged on your behalf.

3. Refund Process

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to info@davis1834holdings.com with proof of purchase and reason for the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Chargebacks

  • Customers are required to contact us first to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this policy and may result in:

    • Suspension of services.

    • Recovery of the disputed amount, plus applicable fees, through legal action or collections.

  • We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that violates our terms or where the service/product was delivered as promised.
