1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

2. Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following are non-refundable:

Subscription or retainer fees after service commencement.

Any fees related to third-party vendors engaged on your behalf.
3. Refund Process

Requests must be submitted in writing to info@davis1834holdings.com with proof of purchase and reason for the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Chargebacks

Customers are required to contact us first to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this policy and may result in:

Suspension of services.

Recovery of the disputed amount, plus applicable fees, through legal action or collections.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that violates our terms or where the service/product was delivered as promised.
